The Senior Experience
Senior Photos in the Fingerlakes are so special and deserve a unique and high-quality experience. For seniors of high school or college, these sessions are meant to help make your vision come to life. Before your session, we will discuss ideas to make your vision special to you and create a game plan to make it go as smooth as possible as well as creating the most beautiful images. These sessions are my favorite because they are all about instilling confidence. During the sessions I will gently pose and guide you in a way that is natural and comfortable to you, as the session goes on you likely will become a pro and know exactly what you want to do! These are some of my most fun sessions and seeing all the seniors open up and genuinely smile is my absolute favorite part. I am so excited to work with you!
The Location
Many seniors choose locations that are personal to them wether that is their own backyard, the soccer field, or their best friends neighbors lake house. If you do not know where you want to go, I can help! I have a trusted location guide with many of different options on it for you to choose from. While discussing your vision together we can work on location planning together. If you are planning to go to two different spots they do have to be within 15 minutes from eachother so we can keep shooting in the best light! Friendly pets are more than welcome to join in most locations!
The Wardrobe.
Most seniors have the most elite wardrobe for photos. I always get jealous of their outfits! I do have a client closet with lots of fancier dresses in it if they want to borrow from me, but if not then we can head to their closet and find some things that work! Typically I say to include a more casual outfit and a dressier one. I do include a style guide they are welcome to look through also.
The Process.
Before the session we will go over the whole vision and plan everything out. We will discuss locations, styling, props, and what your goals for the session are. During the session, I will hold your hand and guide you through all the poses gently to make sure you feel confident throughout the shoot. We will have lots of fun and by the end you might not even want to stop! After the session, you will receive a link so you can choose your photos and then once you have favorited the ones you want, I finish completing my editing on them and upload them to a gallery for you to download!

On average an hour and a half long session, with the main focus being on the family as a whole. Perfect for seniors who may not want a full senior session and instead would like a 20-30 minute mini senior session privately before the family session takes place.
